Shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied
with any unused item, simply return it in new condition
within thirty (30) days for replacement or refund. Custom
orders, special orders, books, videos and software are not
returnable.
Return
merchandise must include all original packaging, paperwork,
and properly packed to avoid damage. Return merchandise

Items
returned in any other than new condition are subject to
a 15% restocking fee. If your return is due to a mistake
on our part, contact us at 800-694-4264, or e-mail us at

and we will arrange to have the return picked up at our
expense.
Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've
received and processed the returned item. You can expect
a refund in the same form of payment originally used for
purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your
return.
Shortages
and Damages

save all packing material for inspection by the delivering
carrier. Damages and Shortages must be reported within 72
hours.
